I’m back this time hopping with Social Stamping, for their fifth hop.  This week our theme is Birthday in Isolation, so I decided to make some birthday cards for some family members who have birthdays coming up this month.  If your starting here or joining me from the talented Siobhan, “WELCOME!”

For this week, I’m featuring the Everything Amazing Stamp Set and the Birthday Bonanza and Dinoroar Designer Series Paper.  All three products are sadly on the Last Chance Product List.

For my cards, I stamped the ‘Amazing’ onto a piece of Whisper White Cardstock (5” x 3-3/8”) in Pretty Peacock ink in the bottom right corner.  I stamped the ‘Wishing you an’ and ‘birthday’ in Coastal Cabana ink.

I fussy cut out two plain Koala from the Birthday Bonanza DSP, adhering them to the left of the sentiment with Tear & Tape Adhesive.  I stamped two sets of balloons and party hat from the stamp set in Memento ink onto a piece of Whisper White.  I coloured in the balloons and the party hat with Pool Party, Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Combo Markers.

I fussy cut out the balloons and the party hats.  I stamped the balloons again so it looks like the Koala is holding the balloons.  I adhered the balloons and the party hats with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the piece of Whisper White to a piece of DSP (5-1/4” x 3-5/8”) from the packs mentioned above with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  And finally, adhered the DSP to a Bermuda Bay card base (5-3/4” x 8-1/4”; scored: 4-1/8”) with Tear & Tape Adhesive.

Thanks for stopping by, next up is Narelle Simm. Or you can check out the rest of the blogs participating here.

Until next time… Happy Stampin’,

Lauren
