CTC253: Come to Gather Suite, Pages 46-51

I’m back with another CASEing the Catty blog hop. This week we are CASEing projects from the Come to Gather Suite, pages 46 – 51. And as always if your starting here or joining me from Judy’s Blog, WELCOME!

For my card, I chose the square card on page 51, then flipped the colour scheme around and swapped in the Memorable Mosaic Stamp Set.

I started off my card with a Terracotta Tile card base (4-1/8″ x 8-1/4″). I cut a second piece of Terracotta Tile (3-7/8″ x 3-7/8″). I die cut a Nested Label from a piece of Whisper White Cardstock.

I stamped the tree base in Soft Suede ink onto the nested die. I triple stamped the tree top in Crushed Curry ink. I also stamped the tree top on the second piece of Terracotta Tile, in Terracotta Tile ink. Finally, I stamped the sentiment in Gray Granite ink and punched it out with the coordinating Timeless Label Punch.

I adhered the second piece of Terracotta Tile Cardstock to the card base with Tear & Tape Adhesive. I adhered the nesting label with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then a piece of the Gold Shimmer Ribbon (part of the Christmastime is Here Suite) adhered with Tear & Tape Adhesive in the shape of a bow and onto the card front. Finally, I adhered the sentiment with Tear & Tape and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
