I’m back hoping with the ESAD group showcasing products from the upcoming 2019 Holiday Catalogue. If your starting here or joining me from Jackie Aitken, WELCOME!!
For my post, I created three cards, one for each level of crafter, Beginner, Casual and Avid. For my cards, I decided to showcase products from the Brightly Gleaming Suite including the Christmas Gleaming Stamp Set, Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack.
For the Beginner Crafter: I used a Very Vanilla card base, with a second piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock. I stamped the smaller bauble in Mossy Meadow ink then created a mask of the bauble with a Post-It.
I layered the post-it over the small bauble then stamped the larger bauble in Pretty Peacock ink. I coloured over the larger bauble with Clear Wink of Stella. I stamped the sentiment in Mossy Meadow ink onto a piece of Very Vanilla ink then adhered it to over the baubles with Stampin’ Dimensions. Finally, I adhered the Very Vanilla Cardstock piece to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the Casual Stamper: This card also uses a Very Vanilla card base and a second piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock, which I adhered down with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink, then punched it out with the large bauble punch. I also punched out another larger bauble and the smaller bauble from the Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper.
I punched a hole in the top of the sentiment bauble, then looped a piece of Braided Linen Trim then tied with a bow. I adhered the two DSP baubles with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then the sentiment bauble with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Finally, I adhered some Star Designer Elements.
For the Avid Crafter: This card also uses a Very Vanilla card base, but this time I swapped in a piece of DSP, adhering it with Tear & Tape Adhesive. I took a piece of Copper Foil Sheet embossing with the Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder, also adhering with Tear & Tape Adhesive.
I stamped the two lots of larger baubles one of each Mossy Meadow and Pretty Peacock ink. Then another smaller bauble in Mossy Meadow ink. Punching the baubles out with the coordinating punch. I stamped the holly also in Mossy Meadow ink, colouring in leaves and berry with the Old Olive and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Marker Combo. Then I fussy cut it out with the Paper Snips, I coloured over the holly with Clear Wink of Stella. I stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink, then I fussy cut it out. I adhered all the baubles, holly and the sentiment together with Tear & Tape Adhesive and onto the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Thank you for stopping by on my stop on this hop. I just loved this suite and I hope that I have given you some inspiration. This is the last stop on the hop, but if you joined midway thru, there is still more to see.
Next up is, Sharon Dalton.
Until next time… Happy Stampin’,
Lauren

Three gorgeous cards. I love the simplicity of all of them – even your avid crafter card isn’t over the top, so you don’t lose the beauty of the elements that are on it. And how did I miss those little star elements in the catty?? I’ll have to add those to my ever expanding list! 🙂 Siobhan.
