I am back for another CASEing the Catty Blog hop, this week we are CASEing the card sketch.  If you’re starting here or joining me from Shannon’s blog, “WELCOME!!”

This week, we’re CASEing the card found on page 72, that features the Healing Hugs Stamp Set.  For my card, I have decided to feature products from the Wonder of the Season Suite, available 3 August.

I started off with a Whisper White card base (5-3/4” x 8”; scored: 4”).  I cut a piece of Wonder of the Season Specialty Designer Series Paper (4” x 5-3/4”).  I tied a piece of Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon around the piece of DSP, adhering to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the sentiment, from the Wishes & Wonder Stamp Set, on a piece of Whisper White Cardstock in Merry Merlot ink.  Using the North Pole Wonder Dies, to die cut out the sentiment, a starburst in Whisper White cardstock, the tag in Merry Merlot cardstock and the reindeer in Crumb Cake cardstock. 

I tied a piece of Gold Cord around the neck of the reindeer.  I adhered the reindeer onto the tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the tag onto the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I also adhered the sentiment and the starburst together and onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Finally, I attached some Gilded Gems onto the card front.
