CASE the Colours of the Ornate Garden Suite | CTC268

I’m back with another CASEing the Catty blog hop, week we are CASEing colours from the Ornate Garden Suite, this challenge will only run for one week this time.  If your starting here, or joining me from Siobhan’s blog, Welcome!

The colours featured in the Ornate Garden Suite include Bumblebee (sneak peek at a new colour & name perhaps???), Early Espresso, Gold, Mint Macaron, Old Olive, Terracotta Tile & Whisper White.  For my card, I have used the Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set plus elements from the Ornate Garden Suite.

I started off with a piece of Terracotta Tile Cardstock (8-1/4” x 5-3/4”; scored: 4-1/8”) for the card base.  I die cut the largest die from the Ornate Layers Dies from a piece of Whisper White Cardstock.

I took another piece of Whisper White Cardstock (4-7/8” x 3-3/8”) stamping the Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set.  I started by stamping the largest flower in Terracotta Tile ink, then the two smaller flowers in Mint Macaron.  Then the long flower (which I don’t know what they are to be able to describe them) in Early Espresso ink.  Finally I finished off the flowers by stamping the leaves and the sentiment in Old Olive ink.

I adhered the card together with both Tear & Tape Adhesive and Stampin’ Dimensionals and finished off the card with some Gilded Gems from the Ornate Garden Suite.

Thanks for stopping by, next up is Monique Fielder.

I hope we have inspired you to CASE projects from the Occasions Catalogue. So, please join us over on our Facebook Group.

Until next time… Happy Stampin’,

Lauren

You’ve inspired me to get out this stamp set and use it. Your card is so pretty. I love the way you’ve stamped it in these colours!
