CTC236: Love, Thanks & Support Pages

I’m back with another CASEing the Catty blog hop, this week we are CASEing projects from the Love, Thanks & Support pages of the Annual Catalogue. So if you’re starting here of joining me from Kelly’s blog, Welcome!!

No photo description available.

The card that I’m CASEing comes from page 80 that features the Healing Hugs Stamp Set. For my card, I decided to use the some of my new products including Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set and the Stitched Nested Labels Dies.

I started off my card with a Soft Sea Foam card base and second piece of Soft Sea Foam Cardstock. I used the hydrangea looking stamp to stamp around the second piece of Soft Sea Foam in stamped off Soft Sea Foam ink. The I die cut out two of the Stitched Nested Labels with the smaller on cutting out a piece of Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper and the larger die cutting out a piece of Whisper White Cardstock.

Onto the Whisper White piece, I stamped the large flower in Flirty Flamingo ink, then the two sprig looking stamps in stamped off Shaded Spruce ink. I also stamped the hydrangea looking stamp again in stamped off Crushed Curry ink. Finally, I stamped the sentiment in Shaded Spruce ink.

I cut the DSP piece in half and adhered it to the back of the sentiment piece with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then I adhered the DSP to second piece of Soft Sea Foam Cardstock and then onto the card base with Tear & Tape Adhesive. I finished off the card with a bow, that just happened to be attached to a sheet of Stampin’ Dimensionals with a Mini Glue Dot, made from some Braided Linen Trim.

Thanks for stopping by, this is the end of the hop but if you joined halfway thur the hop there is still more to see, next up is Peta Stephens.

I hope we have inspired you to CASE projects from the Occasions Catalogue. So, please join us over on our Facebook Group.

Until next time… Happy Stampin’,

You’ve made a beautiful card which really shows off the versatility of that stamp set. Love how you’ve used similar colours and changed it up.
