I’m back again hopping along with the CASEing the Catty Design Team. This week we are CASEing the Colour Scheme of the Pressed Petals Designer Series Paper. If you’re starting here or joining me from Simone Bartrum, welcome!
For my card, this week I decided to focus on the paper with the blue flowers, with the yellow and green leaves and the Burlap background.
My colour scheme is became Night of Navy, Pear Pizzazz, Daffodil Delight, Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake, and a touch of Burlap.
I started off be stamping the rose, from the Healing Hugs Stamp Set, stamping it in Night of Navy ink onto a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock then Fussy Cut it out.
If I had of thought it out, I would have stamped the two sets of leaves in Pear Pizzazz ink and the sentiment in Night of Navy ink onto a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock before I adhered the strips of Burlap Ribbon with the Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Then I stamped the background onto a second piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock, stamping the crosses in Daffodil Delight ink and the leaf outline in Pear Pizzazz ink. I adhered the sentiment piece down with Tear & Tape Adhesive and then the large piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock onto a Crumb Cake card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Thanks for stopping by, this is the end of the hop, but if you joined part of the was thru there is still more to see!! Next up is Shannon Kissane.
I hope we have inspired you to CASE projects from the Occasions Catalogue. So, please join us over on our Facebook Group.
Until next time… Happy Stampin’,
Lauren
