This week I’m CASEing the cute frog card from page 3 of the SAB Mini.

For my card, I decided to CASE the layout and colour combo. I went with the Hello Cupcake Stamp Set… Again!! I just really love this stamp set and just can’t keep away!!

I started off my card with a Daffodil Delight card base. Layering on top a piece of Whisper White Cardstock, that I have stamped with the Burlap Background Stamp in Daffodil Delight ink. I adhered it with Tear & Tape Adhesive.

I took a piece of Granny Apple Green Cardstock, embossing it with the Big Shot and Hexagons Embossing Folder. Also, adhering with Tear & Tape Adhesive.

I stamped all three parts of the cupcake in Memento ink onto a piece of Thick Whisper White Cardstock. Then coloured it in with Granny Apple Green & Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Combo Markers. I also highlighted some parts with the Color Lifter Stampin’ Blends Marker.

I die cut it with the second largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Framelits. I adhered a strip of Balmy Blue Cardstock and a piece of Balmy Blue Ribbon from the Organdy Ribbon Combo Pack, with Tear & Tape Adhesive. Then adhere the cupcake with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Finally, I stamped the sentiment from the Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set, in Balmy Blue ink, onto a strip of Whisper White Cardstock. Then onto the card front with Tear & Tape Adhesive.

Thanks for stopping by, next up is Rebecca Scurr.

I hope we have inspired you to CASE projects from the SAB Mini. So, please join us over on our Facebook Group.

Until next time… Happy Stampin’,

  1. I like the way you have put the sentiment across the cupcake … a great idea if you haven’t lined the images up correctly!
